This notice serves as a formal Copyright Responsibility and Payment Demand Notice to all current and former clients, licensees, contractors, and business partners who have received, accessed, licensed, or benefited from copyrighted works, trade secrets, proprietary content, marketing assets, business strategies, intellectual property, or confidential materials created and owned by Gustavo Gallardo and/or affiliated entities.
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:
Written materials
Marketing strategies
Trade secrets
Proprietary methods
Digital assets
Licensed content
Business documentation
are protected under United States Copyright Law, trade secret law, and applicable international intellectual property protections.
No ownership rights are transferred without full payment and a written agreement.
Outstanding Debts & Financial Responsibility
Any client or entity with unpaid balances, overdue invoices, or unresolved financial obligationsremains personally and legally responsible for all debts owed to Gustavo Gallardo.
Failure to pay outstanding balances does not grant:
Continued usage rights
License extensions
Permission to distribute or modify content
Authorization to profit from the work
Revocation of License for Non-Payment
Any implied, temporary, or contractual license previously granted is hereby revoked if payment has not been completed in full.
Unauthorized use after non-payment may constitute:
Copyright infringement
Breach of contract
Misappropriation of trade secrets
Unjust enrichment
Demand for Resolution
All parties with outstanding debts are required to:
Settle balances immediately, or
Contact me in writing to arrange a formal payment agreement
Failure to resolve outstanding obligations may result in:
Legal enforcement
Collection actions
Copyright claims
License termination
Civil remedies permitted by law
Good-Faith Resolution
This notice is issued in good faith to provide an opportunity for voluntary compliance before escalation. Prompt resolution protects all parties and avoids unnecessary legal action.
